He proceeds to ask for my credit card (typical at hotels to guarantee you don't have any extra incidentals charged to the room) and I leave to my room finally at 10pm. Around 9:30 I went back to check the kiosk since I never got an email and after 30 mins in line they told me the kiosks are too dumb to reassign rooms. I dropped off my luggage in a friend's room since I was there for business and had a meeting. A message pops up that says my rooms not ready yet and to leave an email and I'd be notified when it's ready. My employer prepaid for my trip and I received the confirmation email from the hotel.
